Juice Delivered from My Organic Juice – Refund Policy

My Organic Juice will gladly refund or replace any product that has been damaged or spoiled. We do not offer refunds for any other reason as the juices are hand made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Juice Delivered from My Organic Juice – Cancellation

Orders that are cancelled at least 48-hours before a scheduled delivery will receive a refund; this includes weekly programs, cleanse programs, and any individual juice order. Since we are dealing with fresh juice we kindly ask for as much notice as possible before cancelling or changing any order.

Juice Delivered from My Organic Juice – Damaged Products and Wrong Addresses

Once delivered MOJ is no longer responsible for mistreated juices. MOJ delivers Monday-Friday starting at 1am you may leave us specific instructions on where to leave your order during time of check out. MOJ is not responsible for incorrect addresses. We will be more than happy to reschedule delivery for an additional charge.

MOJ will offer refunds to our customers if we deliver an order that was inaccurate on our behalf.

Keep in mind all of our products are extremely perishable, therefore, if you order a gift for a friend or family member it is your responsibility to make sure they will be able to receive the gift.

Each account is handled on an individual basis.
